About Mombasa Vet Care

We are a companion-animal practice: dogs and cats, nothing else. That is a deliberate limit. A vet who splits their week between dairy herds and household pets is a good vet doing two jobs, and we would rather do one of them properly.

How we work

• We tell you the price first. Kenyan owners routinely delay care because they cannot guess the bill. You get a figure before treatment starts, every time.
• We tell you how urgent it really is. If your pet can safely wait until next week, we will say so rather than book an appointment we can charge for today.
• We write things down for Kenya. Most pet health advice online is written for other countries with different diseases and different drug brands. Ours is not.

Our team

Our veterinary surgeon’s name, qualifications and Kenya Veterinary Board registration number will be published here. We will not list a team until we can list real people you can look up on the KVB register.
