Mtwapa is the furthest point we cover regularly, up the Malindi Road past Shanzu. The run is straightforward outside peak but it is a genuine distance, so home visits here are booked as a block rather than singly.

Bring it in. We will estimate its age, check the obvious problems, and start a vaccination course from scratch, which is the safe assumption when the history is unknown. Deworming and a weight check happen at the same visit.
